Requirements
- Proven experience in Invoice Finance (required).
- Strong understanding of SME lending.
- Demonstrated history of building high-value, trust-based customer relationships.
- Ability to analyze and review financial accounts and associated information.
- Experience in structuring new lending proposals and writing credit applications.
- Commercial judgment with the ability to identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Track record of generating new income while effectively managing credit risk.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Relationship manage a portfolio of Invoice Finance SME customers to support their business needs.
- Manage, retain, and grow existing portfolio through upsizing and renewals.
- Provide ongoing monitoring, financial and covenant reporting, and portfolio oversight to maintain credit performance.
- Originate new SME lending opportunities from initial enquiry to completion.
- Write credit papers in line with company credit policy and appetite.
- Collaborate with sales, credit, and payment operations teams to deliver professional service.
- Deliver business plan objectives and maintain compliance with internal policies.
