Requirements

- Strong planning and organizing capabilities.
- Technical aptitude to support engineering and processor-related tasks.
- Ability to define requirements and validate production results.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between Pathward and Processors for daily communications.
- Lead processor integrations and solution implementation to support Pathward products.
- Provide frontline support and issue remediation for external system applications.
- Oversee exception handling and ensure resolution of rejected records.
- Manage data quality alerts and investigate to identify root causes.
- Define requirements on Engineering efforts and validate results in production.
- Establish controls for SLA oversight in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Lead problem management and resolution, including escalation of issues.
- Conduct periodic reviews, information gathering, and report performance for Third-Party Reviews.
- Mentor and support teammates in data quality and problem management efforts.
