Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or total rewards within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience managing and analyzing large datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in resolving benefits discrepancies and vendor issues.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 10%).
Responsibilities
- Administer and support employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, HSA, FSA, and retirement plans.
- Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers by resolving benefits-related questions, issues, and claims inquiries.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of benefits data, including updates from third-party vendors and internal HR systems.
- Review and reconcile monthly insurance statements, invoices, and billing discrepancies in coordination with finance and vendors.
- Maintain enrollment rosters, benefits records, and employee eligibility data across systems.
- Analyze claims and benefits data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and potential issues.
- Assist employees with filing and managing health, dental, life, and disability-related claims.
- Support annual benefits enrollment processes and assist with benefits audits, compliance checks, and reporting activities.
- Administer COBRA processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
