Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or corporate training within complex organizations or client-facing environments.
- Strong expertise in adult learning principles, curriculum design, and facilitation of both in-person and virtual training.
- Proficiency in learning technologies, LMS platforms, and e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured learning solutions with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback.
- Experience working with enterprise or national accounts in a consulting or advisory capacity preferred.
- Certifications in instructional design or learning and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, CPLP) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable learning and development programs tailored to national accounts and enterprise clients.
- Conduct needs analyses with business leaders and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and define learning objectives.
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions to support employee development across various audiences.
- Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment of learning strategies with business goals and performance outcomes.
- Develop instructional materials, training content, and digital learning assets using modern learning design methodologies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, recommending continuous improvements.
- Support the implementation of learning technologies and platforms to enhance learner engagement and accessibility.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational priorities.
