Requirements

  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to proactively manage upwards to support sales team priorities.
  • Previous experience working in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-based setting.
  • Experience automating workflows using AI tools such as Claude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Excel.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the CRM to ensure deal stages, notes, and follow-up dates are accurate.
  • Research key decision-makers at target employers to support outreach efforts.
  • Develop pitch decks, sales proposals, and spreadsheets for all stages of the sales funnel.
  • Participate in sales calls to capture critical information and track next steps.
  • Draft and manage communication cadences for prospects and potential partners.
  • Assist in writing RFP responses, incorporating basic financial modeling and AI-driven workflows.
  • Maintain a research database of competitor activities, industry trends, pricing, and ROI benchmarking data.
  • Support sales conference preparation, meeting scheduling, and post-event follow-up.
