Requirements
- Undergraduate degree.
- Experience in civic engagement networks or projects.
- Project management experience involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse audiences.
- Strong writing ability for professional communication with partners and members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience identifying, synthesizing, and reporting research.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing competing priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with higher education civic/democratic engagement programming is ideal.
- Proficiency in project management software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute communications strategies to drive HEDEX user engagement and growth.
- Build and maintain the platform's digital presence, including social media and email newsletters.
- Foster stakeholder relationships between Campus Compact, AAC&U, and other partners.
- Manage day-to-day coordination and backend content of the HEDEX platform.
- Coordinate with developers to support platform maintenance and new feature implementation.
- Manage logistics for virtual and in-person events, including innovation sprints and demonstrations.
- Analyze platform data and engagement metrics to inform strategy and support funder reporting.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure fiscal compliance.
