- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the construction industry.
- Fluent bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proven experience recruiting for craft, field, skilled trades, or labor-intensive construction positions.
- Experience recruiting for roles in roofing, waterproofing, glazing, architectural metals, or general construction.
- Experience utilizing ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, social media, and networking strategies.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract top craft and field talent in competitive construction markets.
- Partner closely with Operations leaders and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through online platforms, industry networks, referrals, database searches, job boards, social media, community outreach, and recruiting events.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate candidate communications and manage the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide updates to leadership regarding hiring progress and market trends.
- Develop relationships with trade schools, workforce development organizations, industry associations, and community partners.
