- High flexibility in scheduling to accommodate multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, and GitHub for marketing, operations, and legal roles.
- Conduct rigorous initial interviews to evaluate technical Web3 literacy and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end interview pipeline with high speed to secure top talent.
- Handle offer negotiations and communicate company culture and compensation structures.
- Monitor salary benchmarks and talent trends within the Canadian creative scene.
