Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting.
- Department- or school-level leadership background is a plus.
- Educational professional development experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: dynamic, enthusiastic, and collaborative attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in Google Apps and Zoom.
- Must live close to a major airport.
- Ability to travel (up to 60% during back-to-school season, up to 40% remainder of the year).
Responsibilities
- Serve as a product expert, providing educators with implementation strategies tailored to their unique classroom needs.
- Partner with school and district leaders to plan and deliver virtual and in-person professional development that supports a successful IXL implementation.
- Travel to facilitate in-person professional development sessions to schools and districts.
- Set up, host, and present at regional IXL Live events, working closely with the events team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support schools piloting IXL.
- Partner with customer success and sales team members to effectively manage and grow customer relationships.
