Requirements
- 4+ years of Sales Operations experience in the technology industry.
- Previous Value Added Reseller (VAR) experience.
- Must reside in the PST or MST time zone.
- Experience with international sales purchase orders.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn detailed information about products and services.
Responsibilities
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information.
- Determine customer requirements to recommend specific products and alternate solutions.
- Present price, credit, and terms in accordance with standard procedures.
- Accurately process customer transactions including orders, quotes, and returns.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding shipment dates and delivery status.
- Increase sales through cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on sales.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
- Maintain customer files and register sales opportunities with partners.
