Requirements
- Proven experience in full-lifecycle QA for enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Strong technical experience in test automation framework development and maintenance.
- Proficiency with API testing, functional testing, and regression testing.
- Strong understanding of agile software development processes.
- Ability to review system requirements and technical design documentation.
- Experience with ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Azure cloud environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause investigation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to effectively communicate with developers, product managers, and data engineers.
Responsibilities
- Own the full QA lifecycle for assigned features and releases, from requirements review through sign-off.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test suites for functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios.
- Build, maintain, and scale automated test frameworks and scripts to reduce manual effort.
- Perform exploratory, functional, regression, performance, and API testing across the platform.
- Review system requirements, user stories, and technical design documents to surface risks and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data engineers to identify and verify defect resolutions.
- Monitor and report on QA metrics like defect density and test coverage to inform release readiness.
