Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an SDET
- Strong proficiency writing automation code in Go or Python
- Expertise in root-cause debugging and issue isolation
- Experience building parallelized regression suites
- Experience with load, stress, and soak testing for high-throughput, low-latency systems
- Experience testing event-driven systems, WebSocket flows, and browser extensions
- Deep understanding of trunk-based CI/CD and flake management
- Proficiency in contract/API testing and synthetic traffic generation
- Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, SLMs, RAG, and knowledge graphs
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and models
- Experience with eval-style assertions for non-deterministic features is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop automation coverage for squad services
- Maintain fast-turnaround regression suites for weekly deployments
- Ensure rapid detection and reporting of quality issues
- Provide quality signals in minutes
- Execute load and stress coverage for service latency budgets
- Meet committed timelines
