Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
- Experience supporting the sales of enterprise cybersecurity, storage, networking, or cloud solutions.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture across multi-tiered client/server, distributed, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, governance, privacy, and security operations.
- Expertise in infrastructure architectures including FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN, and virtualization.
- Knowledge of Linux, NFS, networking (Ethernet, TCP/IP), and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Familiarity with modern web/cloud architectures including microservices, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with scripting and automation technologies, specifically Python.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical advisor and trusted partner to enterprise customers, prospects, and channel partners throughout the sales process.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, business drivers, security challenges, and compliance requirements.
- Architect and deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, executive briefings, and presentations.
- Design, deploy, and manage Proof of Concept (POC) engagements to ensure successful technical validation.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and partners to develop technical sales strategies for complex enterprise cycles.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable solution recommendations, including deployment sizing and architectural guidance.
- Deliver partner enablement and technical training to resellers, integrators, and strategic alliances.
