Requirements
- Strong Linux system engineering skills.
- Solana validator skills are very welcome.
- Proven ability to design and critically think about system architecture.
- Background in Computer Science, Distributed Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet the team and attend conferences.
Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous operation of Solana systems and perform necessary updates.
- Perform monitoring and performance tuning for validator nodes.
- Proactively seek new avenues for extending and speeding up setup in the Solana ecosystem.
- Automate node deployment and operations using Ansible and Terraform.
- Collaborate with traders to help them with infrastructure performance.
- Communicate with partners.
- Participate in the on-call duty rotation.
