Requirements

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking users of Booking.com through various communication channels
- Help clients with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and general travel questions
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions in the company database
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer service processes and policies
