Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to Dyson's consumer electronics products.
- Assist customers with product troubleshooting, technical guidance, and step-by-step support.
- Process customer orders, returns, warranty claims, and repairs according to company procedures.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and correct usage.
- Document customer interactions and case details accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Identify and escalate recurring product or service issues to appropriate departments.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets for customer satisfaction and resolution.
