Provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking Netflix subscribers via phone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of all enquiries.
Assist customers with account management, subscription plans, billing queries, and payment-related issues specific to the Netflix streaming platform.
Troubleshoot technical difficulties related to streaming quality, device compatibility, playback errors, and connectivity issues affecting the Netflix viewing experience.
Guide customers through Netflix platform features, content navigation, parental controls, profile settings, and personalisation options.
Accurately log and document customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions within internal CRM and support systems in compliance with data protection standards.
Escalate complex or unresolved technical and billing issues to the appropriate specialist teams within agreed service level timeframes.
