  • Previous experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, travel, or client-facing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to empathise with travellers and resolve issues professionally.
  • Working knowledge of computers, CRM tools, and standard office applications.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable quiet workspace based within Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking travellers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with booking enquiries, vehicle reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Provide accurate information regarding vehicle categories, rental terms, and insurance options.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalations, and service issues promptly.
  • Process customer accounts and maintain precise data entry within CRM and reservation management systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and tourism partners to coordinate solutions.
  • Stay up to date with Avis promotions and product updates.
