Requirements
- Native or fluent German language skills (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport or legal right to work and reside within the European Union.
- Previous experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, travel, or client-facing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathise with travellers and resolve issues professionally.
- Working knowledge of computers, CRM tools, and standard office applications.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable quiet workspace based within Greece.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking travellers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with booking enquiries, vehicle reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information regarding vehicle categories, rental terms, and insurance options.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalations, and service issues promptly.
- Process customer accounts and maintain precise data entry within CRM and reservation management systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and tourism partners to coordinate solutions.
- Stay up to date with Avis promotions and product updates.
