Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking PayPal users via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist with account management, including verification, payment disputes, and transaction queries.
  • Investigate digital payment issues, unauthorized transactions, and fund transfers according to security protocols.
  • Educate customers on PayPal products and services to maximize account value.
  • Log, track, and document customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal escalation, fraud prevention, and technical support teams.
  • Identify and relay recurring customer pain points to improve service quality.
