Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch language skills (written and spoken).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within FinTech, banking, financial services, or e-commerce.
- Understanding of digital payments, online banking, or financial technology platforms.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and digital communication platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote working environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking PayPal users via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist with account management, including verification, payment disputes, and transaction queries.
- Investigate digital payment issues, unauthorized transactions, and fund transfers according to security protocols.
- Educate customers on PayPal products and services to maximize account value.
- Log, track, and document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal escalation, fraud prevention, and technical support teams.
- Identify and relay recurring customer pain points to improve service quality.
