- Ability to convey technical information in a clear and friendly manner.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients across phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with enquiries related to Dyson consumer electronics products.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through product setup, usage, and maintenance.
- Process customer orders, returns, replacements, and warranty claims.
- Log customer interactions and maintain detailed records within the CRM system.
- Stay updated with the latest Dyson product launches and innovations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure prompt resolution.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute feedback for service improvement.
