- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a client-facing role
- Experience within the streaming platforms or digital media industry
- Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot consumer technology products or streaming applications
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic customer support to Dutch-speaking Netflix subscribers via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with account management queries including subscription plans, billing issues, payment methods, and profile settings on the streaming platform
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming quality, device compatibility, app performance, and content playback
- Guide customers through the features and functionality of the Netflix platform
- Accurately log all customer interactions and resolutions within the internal CRM system
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical and billing issues to the appropriate specialist teams
- Stay up to date with the latest Netflix content releases and service changes
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and first-contact resolution rates
