- Good problem-solving skills for navigating software issues or measurement challenges.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time).
Responsibilities
- Input address and customer details into the Roofer platform to initiate roof measurements.
- Select and manage roof imagery used for the measurement process.
- Draw roof outlines using precision software tools like the 90-degree snapping feature.
- Label roof features including eaves, valleys, hips, ridges, and rakes based on roofing structural knowledge.
- Assign accurate pitches to roof facets and integrate architectural features like dormers.
- Utilize software layering and editing tools to refine measurement data.
- Generate and deliver final roof reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Review client and support team notes to ensure accurate task execution.
- Participate in weekly training refresher courses to maintain quality standards.
