Requirements
- Strong commercial portfolio showcasing illustration and design work.
- Comfort in at least one thematic area: children's products, sports/motivation, or fantasy/sci-fi.
- Expertise in Figma as the primary design tool.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for production.
- Experience producing files for both print and digital media.
- Basic knowledge of color profiles including RGB and CMYK.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for drafting and iteration.
- Fluency in English for async collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design static and animated ad creative for Meta and website banners.
- Produce imagery and graphics for on-site product promotion.
- Create designs for merchandise, apparel, and print-on-demand products.
- Use AI tools to rapidly develop design concepts and drafts.
- Refine and polish AI-generated drafts using manual design software.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on recurring and special creative projects.
