Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a designer (graphic + UX/UI).
- Professional portfolio showcasing banner design, email marketing, social media graphics, logos, and product/interface design.
- Excellent proficiency in Figma.
- Experience in designing and optimizing digital ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and good knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Ability to design and create short motion graphics for marketing purposes.
- Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility, and user-centered design.
- Experience in DTP and design for print/offline materials (POS, trade fair stands).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicative proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Create graphic materials for marketing campaigns including landing pages, advertisements, banners, social media assets, and presentations.
- Design and optimize product interfaces (UI) and onboarding materials (UX).
- Participate in building and evolving the cohesive visual identity system of the Responso brand.
- Collaborate on video productions and tutorial creation including graphics, animation, and editing.
- Work with content, product, and development teams on project delivery.
- Prepare and export assets for web, mobile, and print implementation.
- Conduct UX analysis and propose improvements based on data and user feedback.
