Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- 1–5 years of professional experience.
- Strong skills in ArchiCAD (essential).
- Strong skills in Photoshop and InDesign.
- Experience in 3D modeling and rendering.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong design sensibility, organization, and attention to detail.
- Experience in high-end residential projects (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and visualization workflows (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Execute design development and provide project support.
- Prepare presentations including mood boards, material palettes, and layouts.
- Perform architectural drafting and documentation using ArchiCAD.
- Develop 3D models and visualizations.
- Source and specify FF&E.
