Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience (SaaS experience preferred).
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Basic animation skills and proficiency in Canva and Figma preferred.
- Willingness to explore and experiment with a range of AI tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a clean aesthetic and the ability to simplify complex information.
- Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards for color contrast and digital design.
- Ability to apply learnings about design tools, brand guidelines, and product audiences across work.
- Strong interpersonal skills to explain design choices and incorporate feedback.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects/Premiere) is a plus.
- Knowledge of prepress and print production for large-scale physical events is a plus.
- Prior experience working in an agile environment using Asana and Slack is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the Instructure learning ecosystem across digital, print, and environmental touchpoints.
- Execute visual assets for global marketing campaigns, including social media, web banners, email templates, and long-form content.
- Support large-scale events by designing attendee enablement pieces, presentation graphics, and social media kits.
- Collaborate with copywriters, content creators, and channel managers to ensure a cohesive user journey.
- Manage a high-volume ticket queue via Asana and maintain an organized library of brand assets.
