Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting or industry experience.
- 1–4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, customer service, or a related role.
- 1 year of university/campus recruitment experience (e.g., DPT or PTA programs).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software/applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Previous experience recruiting for outpatient physical therapy, rehabilitation, or allied health services is preferred.
- Specialized Recruiting Certifications (e.g., Certified Healthcare Recruiter – CHR) are a plus.
- Occasional travel is required for training or other work-related duties.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruiters and TA Managers to understand current and forecasted staffing needs for PTs and PTAs.
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and professional associations.
- Conduct research and market analysis to inform sourcing strategies and provide talent insights.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified PT and PTA candidates.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess candidate fit.
- Develop and maintain sourcing metrics and reporting to track strategy effectiveness.
- Represent the company at career fairs, virtual events, and industry networking opportunities.
