Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting or industry experience.
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • 1 year of university/campus recruitment experience (e.g., DPT or PTA programs).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software/applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Previous experience recruiting for outpatient physical therapy, rehabilitation, or allied health services is preferred.
  • Specialized Recruiting Certifications (e.g., Certified Healthcare Recruiter – CHR) are a plus.
  • Occasional travel is required for training or other work-related duties.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters and TA Managers to understand current and forecasted staffing needs for PTs and PTAs.
  • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and professional associations.
  • Conduct research and market analysis to inform sourcing strategies and provide talent insights.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified PT and PTA candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess candidate fit.
  • Develop and maintain sourcing metrics and reporting to track strategy effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, virtual events, and industry networking opportunities.
