Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, specifically for entry-level sales or field-based roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Experience with enterprise-level ATS/CRM systems.
- Demonstrated success in executing automated recruitment engagement campaigns.
- Proficiency in Phenom recruitment technology is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-velocity recruitment environment.
- Must be able to travel occasionally to collaborate with hiring partners and leadership.
- Residency in St. Louis, Chicago, or Milwaukee is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an always-on pipeline of sales talent using proactive sourcing techniques.
- Execute high-converting email and SMS campaigns to nurture prospects through recruitment automation.
- Manage end-to-end hiring for entry-level sales roles autonomously.
- Review one-way video interview submissions and conduct virtual screens to qualify candidates.
- Maintain data integrity across recruitment platforms like Phenom.
- Advise hiring leaders and provide a steady stream of vetted candidates for final interviews.
