  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, specifically for entry-level sales or field-based roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with enterprise-level ATS/CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated success in executing automated recruitment engagement campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Phenom recruitment technology is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-velocity recruitment environment.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally to collaborate with hiring partners and leadership.
  • Residency in St. Louis, Chicago, or Milwaukee is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain an always-on pipeline of sales talent using proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Execute high-converting email and SMS campaigns to nurture prospects through recruitment automation.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for entry-level sales roles autonomously.
  • Review one-way video interview submissions and conduct virtual screens to qualify candidates.
  • Maintain data integrity across recruitment platforms like Phenom.
  • Advise hiring leaders and provide a steady stream of vetted candidates for final interviews.
