Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CA preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy.
- 5+ years of leadership and management experience.
- Strong record of public company experience is a plus.
- Advanced financial modeling skills with a deep understanding of unit economics.
- Deep understanding of SaaS and usage-based business models.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive teams and boards.
- Proven ability to influence decision-making and business outcomes.
- Advanced experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
- Experience leveraging AI and BI tools to drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D and GTM FP&A functions and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Develop and improve processes for defining the business impact of R&D and GTM investments.
- Provide financial insights and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
- Build robust operational and financial models for major projects to quantify ROI and trade-offs.
- Lead cross-departmental financial projects to drive alignment on budgeting and strategic goals.
- Define and track key performance indicators and productivity metrics across R&D and GTM.
- Hire, mentor, and guide finance team members to foster a data-driven culture.
- Spearhead the use of AI-based tools to streamline forecasting and analytical processes.
