Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline.
  • 6+ years of cross-channel digital marketing experience, including strategic planning, consumer insights, and client services.
  • Experience in a digital or media agency is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, Analytics, and creative workflows.
  • Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
  • Experience speaking to business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC and ROAS.
  • Proficiency in establishing goals and validating forecast scenarios.
  • Ability to build rapport with director-level points of contact.
  • Strong leadership skills for end-to-end campaign development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional account teams in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders through proactive communication, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Ensure at least 75% of client roster meets goals and forecast targets.
  • Leverage data analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to provide actionable strategic insights and reporting.
  • Manage client contract renewal strategies, beginning 90 days in advance, to drive retention and identify service expansion opportunities.
  • Coach Account Managers and Resource Team leads on connecting channel execution to business outcomes and executive presence.
