Requirements
- 1–3 years of marketing experience, obtained in-house, at an agency, or in a startup environment.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear, on-brand emails and campaign assets.
- Proficiency in or aptitude for quickly mastering email and campaign management platforms like HubSpot.
- Analytical ability to interpret campaign results, draw insights, and optimize for conversion and premium generation.
- Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent campaigns across 4+ programs.
- Collaborative communication style for working with internal teams and external brand partners.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a preference for hands-on, build-it-yourself work.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for drafting, ideation, and asset creation.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize policyholder campaigns and lifecycle touchpoints across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Own the end-to-end campaign loop, including content calendar management, drafting assets, building targeted segments, and reporting on results.
- Drive revenue accountability by translating campaign performance into program growth.
- Monitor and iterate on evergreen and lifecycle content based on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership, program managers, and product managers to launch marketing initiatives for new verticals.
- Coordinate co-marketing calendars with brand partners to ensure campaign alignment.
- Draft and post company social media updates regarding events, product launches, and milestones.
- Provide logistics support for partner-hosted events, including managing swag and attendee communications.
