Requirements
- 2 years+ experience in the iGaming industry within a customer-facing or account management role.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency, specifically Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for client presentations.
- B2 English level with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mid-level autonomy mindset with ability to drive tasks solo and escalate when necessary.
- Natural ability to prioritize competing tasks and apply critical thinking to operational issues.
- Basic experience with CRM and BI tools.
- Basic experience with project management software such as Jira or Confluence.
- Nice-to-have: Basic technical understanding of web services and the SDLC.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Figma or Miro.
- Nice-to-have: Prior experience specifically within iGaming payments or fintech.
Responsibilities
- Develop existing and new accounts into mutually beneficial partnerships by aligning products with specific business goals.
- Analyze performance data and statistics to provide actionable insights that optimize client ROI.
- Execute regular customer satisfaction surveys to gauge health and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the payments-focused onboarding process for newly signed clients.
- Partner with Product, Integrations, Analytics, and Support functions to ensure flawless technical setups.
- Manage all commercial and operational issues promptly to prevent friction.
- Present new product upgrades and functionality to clients.
- Translate client needs and pain points into structured feedback for development teams.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling new features.
