Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience.
- Specific experience selling Consulting, Advisory, Analytics & BPO services to large Banking & Financial Services (BFS) organizations.
- Domain knowledge in banking, credit cards, and payment networks.
- Understanding of Digital, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
- Proven track record in execution and over-achieving financial and non-financial targets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to consult and influence senior executives with highly developed negotiation skills.
- Experience leading and managing multiple distributed teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex projects and multitasking.
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Own growth, client engagement, and profitability across a portfolio of banking clients.
- Drive growth strategy by leveraging deep market and competitor knowledge.
- Partner with clients to develop transformation agendas and value creation.
- Manage end-to-end proposals with full ownership and accountability.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize cross-sell and revenue.
- Develop C-level and cross-functional contacts within client organizations.
- Identify new opportunities and map company services/products to client problem statements.
- Mentor teams for seamless delivery and transformation.
