Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in communications, project management, operations, marketing, public relations, or agency account management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Submission of professional writing samples (press releases, internal briefs, etc.) required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies that improve alignment and visibility.
- Draft and distribute executive communications, leadership updates, and company-wide messaging.
- Track project timelines, action items, and stakeholder responsibilities for strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison to connect broadcast, podcast, digital, video, and publishing business units.
- Support leadership meetings by preparing agendas, documenting action items, and ensuring follow-through.
- Identify opportunities for content amplification and cross-promotion across platforms.
