  • 7+ years in B2B sales.
  • At least 2 years in a senior revenue leadership role (VP Sales, CRO, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record selling to enterprise security buyers (CISOs, security teams, SOC leads).
  • Direct experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience building a sales function from an early stage (process, playbook, team).
  • Strong individual contributor instinct with the ability to close deals personally.
  • Ability to operate with high ambiguity and limited resources.
  • Experience selling AI-powered or agentic security products (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the CISO buying cycle and enterprise security procurement (preferred).
  • Background in early-stage startups or VC-backed companies (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own the full revenue function including sales, GTM strategy, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Define and execute the go-to-market motion for enterprise and mid-market security buyers.
  • Build and lead the sales team, starting hands-on and scaling as the business grows.
  • Work directly with the CEO and founders to shape positioning, pricing, and ICP.
  • Establish the sales process, CRM hygiene, and revenue operations foundation.
  • Drive outbound pipeline in partnership with the GTM Engineer.
  • Own relationships with key accounts, partners, and channel opportunities.
  • Provide market and buyer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
