Requirements

  • 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years in leadership experience managing teams.
  • Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot CRM design, automation, reporting, and lifecycle configuration.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or startup environments.
  • Demonstrated success designing sales compensation plans, quotas, and performance incentive systems.
  • Deep experience with sales forecasting frameworks and revenue predictability.
  • Ability to collaborate with Data and Finance teams on reporting, ETL, and attribution.
  • Exceptional analytical problem solving with mastery of spreadsheets and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the long-term Sales Operations strategy aligned to Roo’s revenue growth, GTM model, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Define and manage the roadmap for CRM architecture, automation, and workflow optimization in HubSpot.
  • Oversee all forecasting activities, including bottom-up and top-down models, in partnership with Finance and Data.
  • Own end-to-end sales compensation design, quota setting, territory design, and incentive administration.
  • Collaborate with marketing and BD leadership on end-to-end lead management, routing, and funnel optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales Ops team of managers and individual contributors.
