Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales support or client service.
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical capacity.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Proven track record supporting and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-energy team environment.
- Understanding of M&A and corporate legal environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development team to drive revenue with current and prospective M&A clients.
- Manage and maintain data integrity within the Salesforce database.
- Develop high-value outreach campaigns for M&A attorneys, VC, and PE investors.
- Extract and analyze sales data to identify trends and improve tactical approaches.
- Coordinate meetings and client events, and manage follow-up activities.
- Qualify leads generated from the website and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare account performance reports and assist in scheduling product demonstrations.
