Requirements
- Proven experience designing and building cloud-native architectures: backend services, APIs, and full-stack web applications.
- Strong proficiency with NodeJS, NestJS, ReactJS, AWS, and MySQL (or equivalent relational databases).
- Experience with Java in a production environment.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, and API design.
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers in a fast-moving product team is preferred.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog), infrastructure-as-code, or platform migrations.
- Familiarity with IoT, hardware integrations, or computer vision systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of full-stack features across the B2B platform, working with product and operations leadership.
- Drive the convergence of multiple legacy stacks into the core codebase, making key architectural decisions.
- Automate and simplify operationally complex processes, including inventory management and delivery workflows.
- Maintain and scale AWS infrastructure to support rapid vertical growth.
- Mentor engineers across the team and contribute to raising the technical bar.
- Be hands-on, building products used by thousands of corporate customers.
- Actively integrate AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude/Codex) into the daily workflow for faster development and automation.
