Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis or product development in the data and analytics industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate interviews and workshops across organizational levels.
- Expertise in Agile life cycles and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio).
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI to accelerate day-to-day BA activities.
- Understanding of adoption and change management approaches.
- Familiarity with industry-standard strategy frameworks.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor team members.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% per month when required by clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead interviews and workshops with stakeholders to define vision, scope, and success metrics.
- Map 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business processes and identify automation or AI opportunities.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI/ML and GenAI.
- Define data requirements, including source quality, latency, and privacy constraints.
- Partner with architects and developers to ensure alignment and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Utilize generative AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and solution design.
- Support project rollout and change management through feedback loops and training.
