Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development, marketing, or operations.
Prior experience managing crypto or fintech growth in Thailand or Southeast Asia markets is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of Thailand’s financial, tech, or crypto ecosystem.
Familiarity with local regulatory environments for cryptocurrency or digital finance products.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage cross-border collaboration.
Results-driven, hands-on, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

Develop and execute localized business strategies to grow market presence in Thailand.
Lead all operational functions, including customer support coordination, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.
Drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and market penetration through localized marketing campaigns and events.
Build strategic partnerships with local institutions, media outlets, and key stakeholders in the crypto and fintech ecosystems.
Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Act as the regional spokesperson and brand ambassador for the company in Thailand and neighboring markets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to align local efforts with global goals.
Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing local team as operations scale.
