Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development, marketing, or operations.
- Prior experience managing crypto or fintech growth in Thailand or Southeast Asia markets is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Thailand’s financial, tech, or crypto ecosystem.
- Familiarity with local regulatory environments for cryptocurrency or digital finance products.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage cross-border collaboration.
- Results-driven, hands-on, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized business strategies to grow market presence in Thailand.
- Lead all operational functions, including customer support coordination, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.
- Drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and market penetration through localized marketing campaigns and events.
- Build strategic partnerships with local institutions, media outlets, and key stakeholders in the crypto and fintech ecosystems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Act as the regional spokesperson and brand ambassador for the company in Thailand and neighboring markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to align local efforts with global goals.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing local team as operations scale.
