Requirements
- Native level Korean language skills.
- Business level English or Chinese for internal communication.
- Proven experience in business development for crypto exchanges, futures trading platforms, brokers, or web3 products.
- Existing network of KOLs, affiliates, or broker channels within the Korean crypto market.
- Practical understanding of rebate, commission, and affiliate partner incentive structures.
- Direct experience in partner sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, and long-term relationship management.
- Ability to demonstrate past BD performance metrics such as trading volume, active users, and net fee revenue.
- Capability to solve problems independently in a fast-paced global crypto environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard KOLs, affiliates, brokers, and trading communities in the Korean market.
- Lead end-to-end management of partnerships including negotiation, campaign planning, activation, and performance management.
- Design and execute collaborative models such as rebates, commissions, and incentive programs.
- Manage existing partner relationships to optimize trading volume, active users, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and leadership teams to support partner campaigns and product feedback.
- Analyze Korean crypto market trends, competitor activity, and user behavior to inform internal strategy.
