- Identify and onboard KOLs, affiliates, brokers, and trading communities in the Korean market.
- Lead end-to-end management of partnerships including negotiation, campaign planning, activation, and performance management.
- Design and execute collaborative models such as rebates, commissions, and incentive programs.
- Manage existing partner relationships to optimize trading volume, active users, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and leadership teams to support partner campaigns and product feedback.
- Analyze Korean crypto market trends, competitor activity, and user behavior to inform internal strategy.
