Requirements
- Have experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role within crypto or Web3.
- Have hands-on experience running production workloads on AWS.
- Have experience managing Kubernetes clusters and containerised applications.
- Have practical experience with Terraform.
- Have practical experience with CI/CD systems.
- Have practical experience with monitoring and logging tools.
- Be able to troubleshoot across Linux, networking, and distributed systems.
- Have scripting or programming skills for automation and operational tooling.
- Be able to own work independently.
- Be able to communicate clearly in Mandarin with engineering colleagues.
- Experience at a centralised crypto exchange is a nice to have.
- Experience supporting trading systems or services with demanding availability and latency requirements is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Operate and improve AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes environments, considering availability, capacity, performance, and cost.
- Manage infrastructure through Terraform and keep environment changes consistent and traceable.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, including deployment checks and rollback procedures.
- Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting to help engineers identify problems and respond effectively.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, investigate root causes, and follow through on fixes.
- Automate recurring operational tasks and maintain documentation and runbooks.
