Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles within creative agencies, design studios, or similar environments
- Strong understanding of branding and packaging deliverables
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage expectations and enforce process professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Packaging industry experience (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop deliverables (nice to have)
- Experience in agency production or traffic management (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project
- Gather and organize all required assets before project kickoff
- Translate client needs into clear and actionable design briefs
- Manage project timelines and keep deliverables on track
- Coordinate work between in-house designers and external partners
- Work alongside finance on quotes, approvals, and scope changes
- Maintain project tracking for status, ownership, and profitability
- Manage revision rounds and client feedback efficiently
