Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or tech company.
- Experience in Healthcare Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success managing top-tier accounts.
- Emphasis in senior living or housing markets.
- Proven track record of sustaining and growing complex client relationships.
- Proficiency in data analysis, including interpreting and translating results.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience using a CRM tool, specifically Salesforce and/or Gainsight.
- Ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
- Must complete CSM certification within 12 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand client relationships across all levels, including C-Suite, to drive value and adoption.
- Develop joint customer success plans featuring shared metrics, user engagement, and adoption strategies.
- Facilitate Executive Business Reviews to align customer goals with internal executive sponsors.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and meet retention targets.
- Develop and implement turnaround strategies for at-risk accounts to mitigate churn.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to ensure successful product outcomes.
- Onboard and mentor new team members within the Customer Success organization.
- Lead strategic Customer Success initiatives and maintain a portfolio of reference accounts.
