Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager for a SaaS company.
- Proven experience managing a book of business for Enterprise customers.
- Experience handling onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
- Experience identifying and driving opportunities for expansion.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Strong communication skills and critical thinking ability.
- Highly empathetic with a track record of long-term customer retention.
- Ability to build relationships with highly technical customers.
- Extensive experience working with C-level executives.
- Reside within the Central or East regions within the United States.
- Open to using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead all post-sales activities for enterprise customers including onboarding, implementation, and product adoption.
- Manage a book of 40 enterprise customers totaling $3M ARR.
- Partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Serve as a product expert on Vanta's security and compliance platform (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, USDP).
- Provide professional advice on security best practices and compliance standards.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer business issues.
