Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager for a SaaS company.
  • Proven experience managing a book of business for Enterprise customers.
  • Experience handling onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
  • Experience identifying and driving opportunities for expansion.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and critical thinking ability.
  • Highly empathetic with a track record of long-term customer retention.
  • Ability to build relationships with highly technical customers.
  • Extensive experience working with C-level executives.
  • Reside within the Central or East regions within the United States.
  • Open to using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all post-sales activities for enterprise customers including onboarding, implementation, and product adoption.
  • Manage a book of 40 enterprise customers totaling $3M ARR.
  • Partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as a product expert on Vanta's security and compliance platform (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, USDP).
  • Provide professional advice on security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer business issues.
