Requirements

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to offer strategic recommendations.
- Manage and resolve client issues swiftly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts.
- Oversee and monitor media placement budgets.
- Utilize data analytics tools to provide actionable client insights and conduct regular performance reviews.
