Requirements

- At least 1 year of proven, high-impact professional experience in elite management consultancies, bulge bracket investment banks, Big Tech, leading PE/VC funds, or venture-backed, hyper-growth startups
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills with a track record of turning complex data into actionable insights
- Strong autonomy with the ability to lead and deliver multiple strategic projects under tight deadlines
- Proven experience working directly with C-level executives to drive measurable impact
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, performance-driven environments
- Demonstrated relentlessness and ambition in achieving results
- Deep passion for music, video, or social media
Responsibilities
- Manage high-impact projects from conception to completion across all business verticals
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents while tracking KPIs and compiling performance updates
- Conduct market, competitor, and investor research to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions
- Support fundraising by creating pitch materials, organizing investor outreach, and maintaining partner relations
- Streamline workflows, improve operational processes, and handle recruiting at scale with the help of AI
- Act as a sparring partner for the founder in prioritizing and executing strategic projects across different areas of the business
