- Demonstrate exceptional analytical and communication skills, with experience turning complex data into actionable insights.
- Highly autonomous with the ability to lead multiple strategic projects under tight deadlines with minimal guidance.
- Proven track record of working directly with C-level executives to drive measurable business impact.
- Ability to excel in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
- Obsession with music, video, or social media industries.
- Uncompromisingly hard-working, ambitious, and persistent work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-impact projects from conception to completion across all business verticals.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents while tracking KPIs and performance.
- Conduct market, competitor, and investor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Support fundraising efforts by creating pitch materials and organizing investor outreach.
- Streamline workflows, improve operational processes, and assist with recruiting at scale using AI.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for the founder to prioritize and execute business projects.
