Requirements
- Significant experience leading complex programmes in a consulting or delivery environment.
- Proven ability to operate at senior stakeholder and SLT level.
- Deep experience across the full programme lifecycle (initiation, planning, resourcing, risk management, delivery, closure).
- Proficiency in Agile and/or waterfall delivery approaches.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing programme financials.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Clear, credible communication at all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in public sector transformation and ERP programmes (highly desirable).
- Collaborative and values-led approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex client programmes as a trusted and credible advisor.
- Own the planning and delivery of programmes in line with agreed Statements of Work.
- Conduct discovery and diagnostic work, developing recommendations and delivery plans.
- Lead programme governance, including Programme Boards and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Own programme financials, ensuring delivery against resourcing and margin expectations.
- Maintain accurate programme data and reporting.
